Tonight is one of the proudest moments of my life!

I have just learned that I won a "2010 International Book Award" for my book, "Age of Obama: A Reporter's Journey with Clinton, McCain and Obama in the Making of the President 2008," which took First Place in the category: "Current Events/Political-Social."

My book was also a finalist in the "Non Fiction Narrative" category.

2008 marked one of the most incredible and suspenseful presidential campaigns in American history. Every week was a cliffhanger. I was there for every dramatic step, from Barrack Obama's upset victory in Iowa; to Hillary Clinton's and John McCain's stunning comeback wins a week later in New Hampshire; and, all the way to the final primary, reporting "live" from below Mount Rushmore in South Dakota.

Then it was on to both political conventions and the November election and, finally, the Inauguration. My book takes you to every key moment, from beginning to end! It was a privilege to be a witness to history!

I am too stunned for words tonight. I just thank all my friends and family who supported me along the way, and never lost faith in me. My publisher, editors and PR people were the best! The campaign and book tour, took me to nearly every state in the nation. This is still the greatest country on Earth!

My book is still available, by clicking on the blue book button on the right side of this screen, or by going to www.Amazon.com. If you would like an autographed copy, just email me, and we'll make it happen! More information is at my publisher's website at www.NimbleBooks.com.

We will have some exciting news regarding a new, "high-tech" version of my book in the coming days! So check back here often!

In the meantime, God bless you all and thank you for your encouragement and support!

Great job my friend!

Mark, Thank you for sharing your exciting news! Take the time to celebrate this belated, but outstanding birthday gift. I am so proud of you! Tyler
